Senior cricket

Heathwood CC provides opportunities for cricketers of varying skills and experience to enjoy the game at an appropriate level. We field four sides in the Ringwood District Cricket Association and always welcome new players.

The main training night for seniors is Thursday night from 5:30pm through to 8:00pm at Heathmont Reserve. Matches are played on Saturday afternoons from 1:00pm through to 6:00pm

 

First XI: Meehan Shield

The First XI plays in one of the premier grades within the RDCA - an eight team grade consisting of 7 two-day games (80 overs) and 7 one-day games (40 overs)

Second XI: 'D' Grade

The Second XI plays in 'D' grade within the RDCA - an eight team grade grade consisting of 7 two-day games (72 overs) and 7 one-day games (36 overs)

Third XI: 'H' Grade

The Third XI plays in a modified rules grade in the RDCA which allows for 13 players per side and two-day matches are split innings. Two-day games are 72 overs (each team bats 36 each week) and one-day games are 36 overs.
